At fccichurches, we strive to improve the lives of underprivileged children by providing them with education, food, and shelter. Our aim is to break the cycle of poverty and give these children a chance at a better future.
Founded in 2005, fccichurches has been working tirelessly to help children in need for over 15 years. We have helped over 10,000 children so far and hope to continue making a positive impact in their lives.
Our team is made up of dedicated individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the world. From our volunteers to our board members, everyone at fccichurches is committed to our mission and the children we serve.
In one God who is made up of three co-equal, co-eternal persons, namely, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
That God created man in His own image, and has called him to manifest and reflect holiness through obedience to his commandments. Because man has failed in this responsibility, and refused to honor God as God, man has fallen into a state of moral corruption, and has become alienated from his creator.
But God, being rich in mercy, because of His great love, has initiated a plan of redemption and reconciliation for mankind. The pinnacle of which is found in the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus of Nazareth, the incarnation of God. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit, and born of the Virgin Mary, being at the same time fully God and fully man. He lived a sinless life, was crucified, died, and was buried. On the third day after His death, He rose again, and ascended into heaven, and now sits at the right hand of God the Father Almighty, and He will come again to judge the living and the dead.
Jesus Christ, through His substitutionary, atoning death and bodily resurrection, has provided the basis of our justification, which, by God’s grace we receive by faith alone. God initiates this reconciliation through the regeneration of our hearts, which is witnessed by our repentance and confession of faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. Our great hope is the redemption of our bodies through resurrection to eternal life, which will complete our adoptions as sons.
As the supernatural and sovereign Agent in regeneration, the Holy Spirit places all believers into the Body of Christ at the moment of salvation. He dwells in the hearts of every believer, effecting their regeneration, operating in their sanctification, instructing them into all truth, and sealing them until the day of redemption. In addition to this, the supernatural gifts of the Holy Spirit are for the church today, including the gift of speaking in other tongues.
That the Bible, in its entirety, is divine revelation, and we submit to the authority of Holy Scripture, acknowledging it to be inerrantly inspired by God and carrying the full weight of His authority, and therefore it alone is the standard for faith and practice.
Ministry can be a lonely place for church leaders who have no one and nowhere to turn to when there is a problem or when they simply need a friend.
The Faith Community Churches International was formally organized in 2004 to help solve that problem. Dr. Carl Conley and a group of leaders decided to establish an organization that would serve the needs of leaders all over the world, and the story of that journey is told in this book, A Place Called Home: The FCCI Story.
Then in 2019, FCCI successfully transitioned leadership to Zimbabwean-born Dr. Reggies Wenyika. Reggies shares his journey to FCCI in these pages and explains why he believes the best for FCCI is yet to come. If you are a leader looking for a place to "call home" or a leader wanting to connect with something bigger than your ministry world, then A Place Called Home is where you will find everything you need to know about this unique and service-minded organization.
Few leaders or organizations prepare a leadership succession plan and that includes churches
In 2020, Apostle Priscilla Mgala and the Agape Life Church International leaders and members had to face the unexpected succession dilemma when her husband and the church's beloved founder, Bishop Augustine Mgala, passed into glory. That set off a chain of events that Bishop Augustine had started before he died, and in this book Apostle Priscilla tells the story of the transition and of the circumstances around his untimely departure.
Apostle Priscilla is joined by Drs. John Stanko and Reggies Wenyika to present an exhortation and some guidelines to leaders everywhere so they can prayerfully consider the answers to the question, "Who will lead if I'm not here?" They also include some biblical insight into the matter of leadership succession planning, of which God's Word has much to say.
